All of HostPapa's services are built with the users' experience in mind. After testing out HostPapa's various features, we found the account management, cPanel, site builder, and email interfaces incredibly clean and easy to use.

HostPapa is a great deal for the number of features and level of service you get — particularly on the shared hosting plans. Their VPS plans, however, are a bit high-priced when comparing what you get from competing companies. For a hosting company that prides themselves on helping small businesses grow, however, HostPapa's competitive pricing means new customers don't have to make a big investment to increase their online presence.
"We're looking for a person whome we can bring in for $4 a month and help him become more and more successful," Jamie said. "Our goal is to find that person who just doesn't have the IT support they need. They can call us, and we'll actually answer the phone."
HostPapa's 99.9% uptime guarantee isn't terribly exciting but should be plenty sufficient for most users. Otherwise, the company seems truly dedicated to making their support technicians readily available to customers whenever they need help. In addition to the seemingly standard 24/7 availability through phone, email, and chat, HostPapa sets themselves apart from the rest with weekly webinars and one-on-one consultations.

Since day one of using HostPapa I have not had any significant issues. Downtime has been almost non-existent that I am aware of. I did run into one issue recently (That was my own fault) but when I e-mailed support I got what was clearly a generic response that was no help at all and when I explained my issue again I received the exact same response clearly showing they didn't actually read my e-mail. This was frustrating, however when I called into support and explained they were able to rectify the issue immediately and were very polite and helpful. Great hosting site.

I'm really pleased with this web host. I have a website for my local business, and getting online with a good site and a good host was more difficult than I thought it might be. The tools I'm provided are great and the customer service is always very helpful. There have been a few times that the speeds were not what I expected, but for the most part, everything has been great & without incident. I appreciate that I do get straightforward help from customer service, and I'm always learning something new. I've been a customer for six months, so at this point I'm pretty sure I'll be staying.

Highly recommend HostPapa. This is not idle praise, but genuine and honest admiration for their excellent support and service. I've been with them for about a yea ... I used several other hosting services in the past, and was with my previous hosting service for over five years before and they ended up selling out the company and went from great to terrible. That host was Arvixe. I spent an entire day on the phone, searching for a better provider, but the salespeople I spoke with were clueless about my specific issues until I found HostPapa. They understood I needed a simple and easy and affordable solution. Highly recommended. Not sure what all the negative people have been reviewing here trust me if you want to see a REALLY bad host go to Arvixe or go dabble with 1&1, Godaddy, and others. Most suck - and in my experience Hostpapa truly cares about their customers.

We moved to Hostpapa from a couple of bad experiences with other email hosts who use cPanel for their hosting namely hostgator and blue host. We we were running into imap connection issues. We were fine with hostpapa for a while and then ran into similar issues, so we knew it was our problem and it was time to look at upgrades. We checked out Google apps and office365 both supported by hostpapa but decided after talking to a rep to upgrade to advanced email at $2/box and we have never looked back. Theybhalpednus migrate our entire history over and get all our devices properly configured . Awesome service and highly recommended.

I would recommend HostPapa to commercial customers who want reliability efficiency and easy management of their domain / website. I have been dealing with other host in the past and they could not offer the bandwidth Hostpapa is givving me. Also, HostPapa is really affordable and is my choice for our community fire department website.
