ZNetLive's New Focus on the Cloud Delivers the IT Infrastructure and Software Solutions Necessary for Success in Today's Competitive Market

Znetlive Delivers Robust Cloud Hosting And Saas Solutions

TL; DR: Even though ZNetLive is a major player in the Indian hosting market, it continues to innovate and adapt to remain on the leading edge. The company was recently acquired by RP tech India, which supports ZNetLive’s research and development on upcoming AI, IoT, and cloud solutions. ZNetLive has also expanded its SaaS marketplace to help its clients find even more useful software programs to grow their businesses in India. The marketplace has attracted more than 500 independent software providers, and the company is always looking to add to its diverse selection of products.

ZNetLive was already one of India’s most reliable web hosting providers. But in February 2019, its parent company, ZNet Technologies, was acquired by RP tech India. That partnership put ZNetLive on the path to achieving even more growth in the burgeoning Indian tech market by increasing its cloud services and other technologies.

“The last year has been one of the most fascinating and exciting in terms of redefining the success of ZNetLive,” said Barkha Singh, ZNet Technologies CMO.

RP tech India purchased a majority share in ZNet Technologies because it wanted to help the company expand its offerings. In particular, RP tech India provides ZNetLive with the resources, staffing, and time to focus on developing cloud services, internet of things (IoT) capabilities, and artificial intelligence. To support that development, RP tech India raised ZNetLive’s research and development budget and has ramped up hiring.

And ZNetLive will use those innovations and improvements to further cater to the needs of its Indian SMB and enterprise customers.

ZNetLive began to research and develop new AI, IoT, and cloud solutions after its acquisition by RP tech India.

Barkha said she is most excited by the merger because ZNetLive is now better equipped to meet the needs of a changing IT world. And the company is well-positioned to make significant strides in cloud services through technology aimed at digital transformation and its robust SaaS offerings.

“ZNetLive identified the challenges of the hosting industry and focused on providing more cloud-based offerings in terms of hosting space, backups, security, and communication services,” Barkha said.

Because of the influx of investments in innovation, the company plans to start rolling out new backend solutions in the next 24 to 36 months. Eventually, the partnership will help provide cutting-edge services to more Indian businesses by developing a massive infrastructure footprint that reaches clients across India.

“With digital transformation gradually becoming the norm for businesses, we can accelerate this transformation for clients with our capabilities,” said Munesh Jadoun, CEO and Founder of ZNet Technologies in an interview with WIRE19.

Diverse Hosting Packages Create More Options for Clients

The partnership with RP tech India allows ZNet to add to its already extensive list of service offerings. One of the company’s primary benefits is that it can cater to a diverse array of business needs. Companies can customize their ZNetLive configurations while maintaining the same level of service.

“My favorite aspect of ZNetLive is its people-centric approach and fantastic support structure that strengthens the base of our existence,” Barkha said.

Other popular offerings include WordPress hosting, SSL certificates, anti-ransomware cybersecurity solutions and tools to boost team collaborations and communication.

Customers continue to trust ZNet because the company saves them money and time while providing high uptime rates and customizable services.

“Looking into the unpredictable behavior of the IaaS industry that we work in, I’d say that ROI is the number one benefit ZNetLive delivers to businesses,” Barkha said.

Customized Services Deliver Value for Indian Businesses

As an Indian company, ZNetLive has always focused on the particular needs of SMBs and enterprises within the country. And through its partnership with RP tech India, ZNetLive has also made connections with global businesses to expand its services and develop more offerings.

In April 2019, ZNet Technologies partnered with GMO GlobalSign and Acronis to provide clients with cutting edge identity and security options. Through this partnership, ZNetLive acquired the tools necessary to offer GlobalSign and anti-ransomware protection to all of the clients in its network.

Some of these new security options include authentication and access control, document signing, web server security, and SSL and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) managed platforms.

“We are honored that GlobalSign, a leader in global PKI, IoT and digital signing solutions, has chosen ZNet Technologies as its distributor for India,” Munesh told CRN India after the partnership was announced.

ZNetLive’s partnership with GlobalSign ensures that its clients can do business worldwide.

ZNet Technologies also joined forces with Acronis to equip partners with innovative cyber protection solutions. ZNet Technologies will help enhance the reach of Acronis’ easy, efficient, and secure cyber protection technology to local businesses through its wide partner network. In today’s digital era when cyber protection solutions are of critical need, the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, which are part of Acronis products, provide increased security and reliability, presenting an effective method to block off ransomware attacks. “Our aim is to make Acronis security solutions easily available for partners with flexible billing options using our home-grown service delivery and business automation platform,” said Munesh Jadoun, CEO at ZNet Technologies. “We plan to work very closely with Acronis, so as to arm our partners with the right technical skills for taking the much-needed cyber protection solutions to the masses far and wide.”

These new partnerships make it clear that ZNetLive is always seeking solutions that its Indian clients will find useful. What’s more, the company is increasingly becoming the primary Indian provider of helpful solutions worldwide, as evidenced by its partnership with U.K.-based GlobalSign and Singapore-based Acronis. And other major players in the hosting industry — including AWS, IBM, and Microsoft — work with ZNetLive for their solutions based in India.

Though ZNetLive focuses on Indian clients, it has also amassed a global following through its partnerships, and now serves more than 90,000 clients internationally. Throughout its first decade in business, the company has expanded significantly and developed new partnerships that are focused on the future.

And ZNetLive will continue to innovate and expand its services because of its goal to develop unique solutions to important problems.
