A One Stop Solution For All Your Wordpress Site Needs

TL; DR: Seahawk provides a one-stop solution for every WordPress site need. From site development and design to speed optimization and hacking repair, Seahawk has a solution for every stage of your website journey. The WordPress services agency works with businesses of all kinds, including small businesses, enterprises, agencies, and web hosts. We spoke with Saurabh Sinha, Head of Partnerships at Seahawk, about its services, how its team helps users accomplish their goals, and what’s next for WordPress.

A few years back, I took a spin around the freelance market. I was fresh out of college and looking for work during the pandemic. Since good work was hard to come by, especially as a newbie job candidate, I was considering my options. So, like many people, I researched some of the top freelance services marketplaces as a backup plan.

Fiverr and Upwork were at the top of my list, mainly because they were all the buzz. And I could see why. They offered so many different services all in one place. You could get logo designs, blog content, PR pitches, and other solutions without ever leaving the sites.

One-stop shops make everything much more accessible. You don’t have to research and compare multiple platforms for all your different needs. You can find everything on your list, keep everything organized, and leave these tasks in capable hands.

Seahawk Media offers a similar offering that definitely falls into the one-stop solution category. If you’re a WordPress user, Seahawk can be your all-in-one solution.

“We want to be known as the Upwork or Fiverr for WordPress services. So anyone needing help can come to Seahawk Media, and we will give you a premium experience and product at similar prices that you could get from a freelancer,” said Saurabh Sinha, Head of Partnerships at Seahawk.

Seahawk specializes in WordPress services, providing everything from site development and optimization to hacked site repair, maintenance, and SEO assistance. Seahawk has also amassed a network of global agency partnerships with trusted web hosting companies, SaaS providers, and WP builders.

Over the years, Seahawk has formed strong relationships with more than 1,000 brands, including GoDaddy, Liquid Web, and Kinsta, that trust its team for their WordPress services.

A WordPress Agency That Lives and Breathes WordPress

Ryan James founded Seahawk in 2015. It started as a side hustle but later became a full-fledged WordPress development company. Seahawk’s trajectory truly shifted during its partnership with GoDaddy. Through this partnership, Ryan met Gautam Khorana.

At the time, Gautam ran a GoDaddy partner company, Sitecook India. Together, Seahawk and Sitecook fulfilled complex and escalated WordPress support tickets for GoDaddy Pro. The experience allowed Ryan and Gautam to learn more about partnerships and further their expertise.

Since Ryan and Gautam worked so well together, Ryan decided to acquire Sitecook, and Gautam joined Seahawk as a Co-Founder. From there, Seahawk went global.

Today, Seahawk is a full-service WordPress development agency, creating solutions for all types of site challenges and needs. And it is backed by a passionate and dedicated team. Seahawk is an agency that lives and breathes WordPress and has done so from the beginning.

Seahawk offers various WordPress solutions, including custom web design and site optimization.

“People don’t have to go and look for individual talent to work on different parts of a website. We have all of that in house. You come to us with a requirement, a question, or a problem statement, and we will give you a solution on the spot,” said Saurabh.

Seahawk knows the ins and outs of the WordPress experience. The team’s experience with a high volume of WordPress support tasks has made it a master at all things WordPress. So it has a solution for every need.

“We are proud to say that we don’t outsource anything. We have hired the best talents across the globe. We have people from Africa, Poland, the U.S., the U.K., and India. So we can give more to our clients and offer better timelines in terms of their projects,” said Saurabh.

Seahawk’s hyperfocus on WordPress and experience make it a viable option over other web agency competitors. Its tailored services ensure users get a product that fits their WordPress environment and needs.

Custom Web Services Catering to Your Unique Needs

Seahawk’s first draw may have been its website design, but now it responds to a number of needs. It has expanded its professional services to deliver solutions to resellers, agency partners, and web hosting companies.

Agencies can partner with Seahawk to buy or resell its WordPress services. Managed WordPress hosts can reduce churn by leveraging Seahawk’s retention and activation solutions. And the team does so much more for WordPress site owners.

“There are different categories of customers who come to us. We have some people who are just starting out, people with existing businesses who need help with optimization, and then we have enterprise-level customers who know exactly what solution they want. And we have solutions for all of them,” said Saurabh.

Seahawk’s site optimization services provide users with the answers they need to boost performance and fix user experience according to their end-user needs. The Seahawk team works with its clients on a case-by-case basis so they can create a solution that works.

For example, Saurabh told us the team worked with a travel agency that needed help with optimizing its booking experience. The travel agency’s competitors beat it out because their booking user interface ran more smoothly.

“It was taking too long for the user to get to the end of it, and they were losing customers there. So we optimized it within a month. And the user experience was getting those new customers to stay on their site. We did all of that in house,” said Saurabh.

Seahawk has solutions to help users build, maintain, optimize, and grow their projects. Some of these services include:

  • Figma to WP: converting custom Figma design to WordPress.
  • Website rebuild: rebuilding outdated websites on a modern stack.
  • eCommerce maintenance: maintaining WooCommerce stores.
  • Hacked Site Repair: removing malware and preventing future hacks.
  • Content writing: offering a content marketplace.

Users can choose from a wide range of services and ensure everything on their list is achieved for their project to be successful.

A Customer-Centric Community With One-on-One Consultations

Seahawk takes a customer-centric approach to its WordPress services. Creating relationships and community is a priority for the team, and it builds its partnerships by having open communication and following up with its customers along their journey.

“We have a good community of people where clients don’t have to go anywhere else. They can send a message chain with the problem. And we have someone who reaches out and say, hey, I have a solution,” said Saurabh.

Seahawk works with a variety of clients and agencies, from small businesses to enterprises. Its consultations allow the team to understand its clients’ goals and better serve their vision. Seahawk has tailored packages and solutions for all its clients, whether resellers or website owners.

“We try to understand their pain points and what’s going wrong. Like why are they not getting business or what’s wrong with the website and based on that we come up with an extract and the solution we’re going to use. And that’s how the process starts,” said Saurabh.

WordPress, An Accessible and User-Friendly Tool

We also spoke with Saurabh about the future of WordPress. He told us that WordPress isn’t going anywhere and will only become more accessible soon with new features, such as AI, further democratizing its use.

“There are so many solutions and features rolling out, and all of that is building systems that can be integrated into WordPress to make sure people who don’t have technical knowledge are able to build and maintain their websites on their own,” said Saurabh.

WordPress powers about 43% of the world’s websites. Its accessibility, functionality, and affordability make it an excellent platform for creators and businesses of all sizes. Saurabh mentioned how enterprises stay with WordPress even as they grow.

“You don’t need to spend a large sum of money to have an excellent website that can portray your story, is responsive, and performs well. All of that is achievable on WordPress,” said Saurabh.

Saurabh also said Seahawk has many clients migrating from various CMSes and other website-building platforms to leverage the WordPress experience. WordPress is easy to maintain and optimize, and clients want in on that.

“With the vision we have to be a one-stop solution for everything you can do with WordPress, I think we will have exponential growth very soon. We had good growth last year, and we expect a lot more in the upcoming year,” said Saurabh.

What’s Next for Seahawk

As for what’s next for Seahawk, the team has a few plans on its road map. Saurabh said Seahawk is currently testing out new services and features and looks to improve some internal processes as well.

These areas include internal project management and brand asset management for WordPress sites. Saurabh said these two products will help make agency life easier. Adding these solutions will allow agencies to consolidate tools and have a more complete experience.

“This way, they can have their entire solution right on their WordPress dashboards. They won’t need 10 additional tools, so one tool does this job, the other does this job, and another does this job. Everything can be done on a single WordPress base,” said Saurabh.
