WebHostingHub — Quality Hosting, Budget-Friendly Pricing, and Intuitive Site Design Tools Built for Web Entrepreneurs and SMBs

Webhostinghub Delivers Quality Hosting And Budget Friendly Pricing For Smbs

TL; DR: WebHostingHub opened its doors in 2010, welcoming aspiring web entrepreneurs and small businesses everywhere looking to broadcast their brands online. Since its inception, the host’s mission has been to deliver the high-quality hosting and web services necessary for success in today’s market at price points accessible to budget-minded startups and SMBs. We recently spoke with WebHostingHub Brand Manager Tim Evans, who told us how the company’s proprietary site builder BoldGrid, cost-friendly hosting packages, and dedication to hands-on customer support are helping make its customers’ online business dreams a reality.

When WebHostingHub was founded in 2010, the hosting industry was undergoing a massive transformation. Smaller hosting brands were being gobbled up and consolidated into the assets of larger firms, leaving many site owners and businesses wondering what had happened to the once personalized customer support offered by their hosts.

WebHostingHub Brand Manager Tim Evans has been with the company since its beginning and has witnessed first-hand the large migration of site owners to the brand.

“At the time, we knew that a lot of people would be shopping around,” he said. “It was an opportunity to find potential customers and say, ‘Hey, if your web hosting service is being absorbed into a larger company, and you’re not happy with the level of service, take a look at what we offer.’”

WebHostingHub’s Tim Evans said the company’s goal is to provide quality hosting at budget-friendly prices.

Tim told us WebHostingHub found a variety of cost-sensitive customers searching for a host that could meet the stringent budget requirements of startups and small businesses, and dish out top-notch hosting.

And, since day one, WebHostingHub’s core mission has been to provide clients with comparable or enhanced levels of service and technology its larger competitors offered but at much more affordable prices.

Cultivating Success With Robust Hosting Solutions at Low Price Points

Tim told us he is incredibly proud of the product the WebHostingHub team has created.

“We’re a great option for both new-to-web and cost-sensitive consumers,” he said. “With us, they get everything they would from a higher-end service, like InMotion, but they pay far less.”

For example, WebHostingHub was one of the first hosts to provide free SSDs (solid state drives) to customers.

“That was a great move,” Tim said. “It aligned us with something that a higher-end brand might do, but we’re giving it to people with much more limited budgets.”

WebHostingHub’s hosting plans are feature-packed and deliver the tools necessary for web entrepreneurs to succeed.

The goal, according to Tim, is to stay ahead of what the industry is doing to deliver the most innovative products and services to site owners.

“We train our staff to give the same or better service that higher-cost brands offer,” he said. “If a customer calls us with a question about one of our new technologies, we’re there to help guide them through it.”

There’s a reason WebHostingHub can offer services at a much lower price point than its competitors. And Tim told us the strategy is simple.

“The key to our success is our customers’ success,” he said. “The only way to keep our price points low is to have successful customers that stay with us year in, year out. Our clients aren’t constantly launching failing businesses or closing down their sites. That’s because we’re here to help them. We give them everything they need to prosper.”

Committed to a “Thrill Every Customer” Philosophy

For WebHostingHub to thrive, the company needs its customers to grow. As a result, the host has adopted its “thrill every customer” mantra.

“This has been our core philosophy since the beginning,” Tim said. “It’s on plaques throughout the office because a customer-first strategy is how we differentiate ourselves from the competition.”

At WebHostingHub, the corporate philosophy is much more than just an inspirational slogan. Tim told us it’s evident in all the company’s initiatives and even in its internal structure.

The WebHostingHub team is committed to providing hands-on support to ensure optimal experiences for every customer.

“We have a customer experience department whose main goal is to defend the customer and to be the advocate for the customer,” he said. “They bring in as much customer feedback as possible and review customer journeys.”

Tim noted the team recently launched a new customer feedback system that delivers big-data analytics in real time.

“This allows us to know exactly what customers want and where they run into difficulties,” he said. “Every single quarter, the projects we bring to our steering committee have to have a business value aligned with our customers’ success. That’s 100% how we do things.”

BoldGrid: Simplifying DIY Web Design for WordPress Users

Many web entrepreneurs and small businesses looking for inexpensive web hosting don’t have huge budgets to spend on developers or digital marketing teams. As a result, WebHostingHub and its sister brand, InMotion Hosting, developed the intuitive site builder BoldGrid.

“Our customers use BoldGrid, which sits on top of WordPress,” Tim said. “With BoldGrid, they can build everything from scratch. It was designed for the DIY person who doesn’t want to mess around or get lost in the weeds.”

Whether clients create their content in MS Word or OpenOffice Writer, BoldGrid makes it easy to paste all of their best ideas into a template, then publish them online in a quick one-click process.

“It’s incredibly easy to use,” Tim said. “But, if they do run into any questions, they can reach out to our US-based call center.”

And, once sites are up and running, WebHostingHub also has security covered through cutting-edge DDOS protection.

“We’ve invested a lot of money in our DDOS protection,” Tim said. “Our security system is one of the best in the industry.”

Up Next: New Processes and Tools to Make Site Owners’ Lives Easier

Tim told us WebHostingHub doesn’t want to be as good as yesterday’s high-end hosting services — it wants to be as good as tomorrow’s. As a result, the team is constantly diving into new projects and developing innovative technologies.

“Right now, we’re building an updated order process,” Tim said. “It will improve the customer experience from the very beginning, making it easier than ever to purchase the right products. Best of all, it won’t only help consumers, it will also boost our affiliates.”

WebHostingHub is also not finished perfecting BoldGrid.

“It’s a phenomenal website building tool, but we want it to be even more successful,” Tim said. “We’re experimenting with ways to auto-install pre-packaged themes and industry templates. We’re going to be there for the customer who needs to move as quickly as possible and hit the ground running. The same week they purchase a product from us, they’ll have a website built and ready to show off.”
